If you’ve never experienced a Crystalline Sound Bath before, here is one for you to enjoy. Simply sit or lie down, close your eyes and allow the sounds to wash through you (Headphones and external speakers can provide an even deeper experience). You can of course watch me playing but that is not the point of the sound bath and is likely to detract from your experience of allowing the sounds to cleanse, clear and uplift you.
