Each session last 60 to 75 minutes after the initial client consultation (so expect a slightly longer consultation time with the first visit).

This healing is based on the principles of Reiki but takes the healing to another level. Working on the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual level, energies are healed on a multi dimensional level.
Sonia brings her experience across nearly 20 years of healing into a transformational healing experience for you. Having studied and qualified in Reiki, Reconnective Healing, Pranic Healing, Spiritual Healing, Gaiadon Heart Healing and a myriad of other healing methodologies, this healing will not only bring you back into balance into the four aspects of yourself – physical,mental, emotional and spiritual but will also open up your awareness and intuition to new levels of being.
Sonia works one to one with her clients to bring about transformational change at a cellular and DNA level.
This healing assists with integrating the new energies as we evolve into the multi dimensional being that we are.
